Factors affecting Jordanian electronic banking facilities by Amman Arab academe

Abstract This breakdown aimed to identify the factors influencing on electronic banking services provided by Jordanian banks. Perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, privacy and security and openness are the factors investigated in this study. A sample of 300 clients functional at King Abdullah academic circles Hospital staff who were supple bank accounts in every other local banks in Jordan was selected, randomly. To combination the primary data, the assay used a questionnaire design based upon a 5-point scale. Results of the examination found that perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust and privacy directly and approvingly influenced upon e-banking usage. ease of use was found to have no effect on e-banking services. The assay recommends that an pact the factors affecting e-banking is entirely essential for the practitioners who wish new ways of banking services Private Universities in jordan the current competitive environment.
